What exactly is constructive criticism? All people have different views on this. What exactly do you think it is> :)
good question sarah - constructive criticism can be viewed a variety of ways - how we look at it in rhetoric may be different than other disciplines - essentially, when we do our intensive reviews and group workshops, i'm hoping you all have constructive criticism - by that, i mean that you don't say "this sucks" or "this is ok" - i'm hoping you can elaborate on something that you found troublesome in the paper, why it bothered you, and any suggestions you might have to fix it - think of it like this: it's constructive because it is something the person can build on
